Lima 21 was created in honor of a key year in Peruvian history: 2021, when we celebrate the bicentennial of our independence.
That same year, the city of Lima was recognized as a Gastronomic Heritage Site, reaffirming its place in the world as an epicenter of culture, flavor, and tradition.
